My name is Breah Marie Young (she/her). I have a background in Early Childhood, Integrative Studies, and Holistic Health. I am a Mother, Reiki Practitioner, Coach, Doula, and Entrepreneur.

I offer an Integrative approach to Reiki. My Integrative Reiki sessions combine traditional Usui techniques, while Incorporating Intuitive Somatic Movement, and Intentional Breathing, with Gentle Body Work to help release Physical and Emotional Tension, and Spiritual and Creative Blocks.
 

Your Integrative Reiki Session includes:

• Chakra Alignment

• Healing Frequencies 

• Handcrafted Essential Oil Blends Enhance the overall experience through Aromatherapy
 

 These practices combined with the Traditional Usui Reiki Technique form a Comprehensive Approach to Holistic Healing.

• Integrative Reiki Membership:
  Reiki is a deeply relaxing and transformative experience that promotes self healing and realignment in the body, mind and soul.
  Bi-weekly 90 minute sessions. Includes weekly 15-45 minute energy reset mini check- in 
  * Options for In-Home or Office visits. 
  - $400/month for complete membership

  - $100/session + additional $15-$45 for mini check-ins

• Postpartum and Newborn Support Program:
  Comprehensive support for new mothers and fathers! Integrating stress relief, physical recovery, emotional well-being, and spiritual healing through Reiki and Practical Support.
  Step into your new role and power in parenthood. Feel more relaxed, connected mind, body and soul, and nurtured in your new roles. With tools and support to continue your journey beyond the program.
  Up to 12 weeks of 2 hour, In-Home Sessions including: Integrative Reiki Sessions PLUS Practical and Emotional Support.
  - $1,000 for 12 week program

• 12 week Coaching Program: This enhanced 12-week program is designed to Cultivate Supportive Community, Positive Mindset Development, Emotional Healing, Nature Connection, Self-Discovery, Play, Empowerment, Joy, and Self-Love.

- Comprehensive Program Outline
- Integrative Reiki Healing Sessions
- Daily Intuitive Movement Prompts
- Journaling Prompts: Provided weekly to deepen self-discovery and integration.
- Online Community: A private group for participants to connect, share experiences, and support each other.
- Weekly One-on-One Coaching: Individual sessions in nature for personalized support.

Personally, I have found the combination of Reiki, Meditation, Journaling, Dance, Music, Trees, Community, and Intuitive Movement to be highly effective in my own recovery. So... What Is Reiki?

 

 This is a noninvasive natural energy healing method that has been proven effective for over a century. ​

Reiki, is based on the belief that practitioners channel universal life force energy to promote healing and balance in the recipient.

 

Here’s how this process is understood to work:

 

It is believed that all living beings have an energy field (aura) and energy centers (chakras) that can become imbalanced or blocked due to stress, illness, or emotional issues.

 

 In Reiki, the practitioner acts as a conduit for universal life force energy (sometimes called "ki"or "qi" or "chi"). This energy is thought to be abundant and omnipresent, flowing through everything in the universe.
